Born between 1980 and 2001, the millennials were coddled by their parents and nurtured with a strong sense of entitlement.

They are called “trophy kids” because they are the pride and joy of their parents and often got trophies to build self-esteem – even when they didn’t deserve it!

“For this generation, work is not a place you go; work is a thing you do,”
